What You'll Do as an In-Home BCBA
-
Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and create individualized treatment plans
-
Deliver engaging, play-based ABA therapy in clients' homes and community settings
-
Train, support, and supervise RBTs and Behavior Technicians
-
Collaborate with families, schools, and interdisciplinary providers
-
Collect and analyze behavior data to guide clinical decision-making
-
Participate in team meetings and ongoing professional development
What You'll Bring to the Team

Current BCBA certification
-
North Carolina LBA (or eligibility to obtain)
-
Experience with autism and developmental disabilities (preferred)
-
A passion for helping others, strong communication skills, and a collaborative mindset
